* Once you have created a profile the app automatically logs you in when started and lands on your profile page. You can click on 'matches', 'search', 'messaging' etc. icons to see other parts of the app
* You may not see any 'matches' or any profiles in 'searches' as they are currently no members near you. We have a growing number of members increasing daily all over the World. Pls be patient. Set the option in your profile to get 'notified' of new matches. That way you can re-visit the app once new matches have been automatically found for you.
MoviesAndDates app hangs my phone, what can I do?
We endeavour to test the MoviesAndDates app on all devices. Due to the disparity of smartphone hardware and software we cannot guarantee that every model will work smoothly. Pls contact us if you have any issues.
Our testing covers all iphone models and most common android devices.
If you find the app hangs, you will need to kill it.
Use the task manager on Android and double click the home on an iphone -> then do a long press on the MoviesAndDates icon. Once the minus sign appears click it again.
Will the MoviesAndDates app effect the battery on my smartphone
As like any standard application. MoviesAndDates will typically take the same battery as when you surf the web using the mobile browser.
I dont find any profiles what can I do
Don't worry. We anticipate 1000's of member profiles registering per day. Check your App regularly for matches nearby. Also set your email address and matches notification flag. That way you will receive an email of new matches.
Will it cost me to upgrade to a new version of MoviesAndDates
We do NOT charge for minor revisions. i.e when we release MoviesAndDates App version 1.1, the upgrade will be free.
However when we release MoviesAndDates App version 2.0 we will charge a nominal fee. It will be less than the initial purchase price.
